ONe time when I went in for an interview, I got really sick. So through the interview, I was just sitting there, deeply in pain. So after the interview, I tried to look around for a bathroom, finding the only one on that floor closed (It was a two story building, I walked out on to the balcony, and ran to a place where there were no windows and proceded to blow chunks off the edge...I do believe that i should have looked first for it had landed on someones car. i waled down the side stairs to the parking lot and looked at the small sign in front of the car. It was the guy who just interviewed me.

When I was a wee lad I was sent off to some holiday camp. Everyone arrived at a central wooden hall type building, but when the campers were all gathered we were taken to another area where the tents could be pitched. It was going to be my first time staying in a tent, so I was quite excited.

Anyway, dinner for the first night came around and being a vegetarian at the time I was served something different to everyone else -- sweet corn -- which I hated! So I pretended to feel sick so that I wouldn't have to eat the food.

I suspect the camp leader picked up on my fake sickie and thought to teach me something of a lesson so said "Oh well if you're this sick, it's not a good idea to sleep out in a tent where you'll get others sick" and took me back to the hall to sleep.

I felt so stupid, heh.

I have not done this myself, but a friend has, so it doesnt count as an confession. But a good story anyway.

This story may not be suited for children under 18 Yrs old, so if you are, stop playing Anarchy online. Try The Sims instead. I will however try to sensur the text myself, so if you are a minor, we cant be sued ;-)

A couple my girlfriend an I know, kind of have a colorfull life, ecpesialy when it comes to "getting intimate". Once he , lets call him x for now, wanted to "tease" his girlfriend. Lets call her y. Well X suppriced Y when she came home from work, with a good dinner with red wine. After the romantic dinner, x blindfolded y, and led her up to 2'nd floor and into their bedroom. He gently laid her down on their bed. X reached down in their dressing drawer, and pulled out...... 4 handcuff's. After "locking" y to the bed post, he walked away to from the bed. Y still blindfolded, handcuffed to the bed. He walked over to HIS COMPUTER, and started playing GTA 1. And he played for 6 straight hours...... before he uncuffed her. MAN was she pissed.. There she had laid in bed nekkid, handcuffed, and blindfolded for 6 hours, while he was playing GTA1 in the next room, with his headset on. I met X the next day, and he announced that he was now single. He told me what happend, and i laughed so hard everyone looked over to our table. I then realised why he had a black eye....

My turn then I guess. And a long winded story as well....

Some years ago - closer to 10 years actually.... A bunch of friends (Selavi, Jodius and Lindbeck among others) and me was on a trip to our cabin in the south of Norway. Now this cabin lies pretty close to the sea and we had a pretty good time down there involving beer and other beverages.

Anyways I'm pretty much allergic to most things during the summer part so I'm constantly having troubles going to sleep and more often than not I pass out from lack of sleep rather than go to sleep. So when most of the people with us went to bed in the late evening, a pal of mine and me usually took the boat out and went fishing. I know we shouldn't have been out on the sea at all in our state and not operating any motorized boat as well - but it did seem like a good idea at the time. We did this every single evening - got a few fish and had a good time, although we ended these trips 2 days before we went home because of one particular incident...

We were out at one pretty good fishing spot, with electric cables going 11 meters over us, and my mate got his hook stuck in the bottom of the sea. I'm a tad more experienced than him when it comes to this as I've been fishing since I was a wee lad so I decided to try and help him get his hook back. I proceeded to take control of his fishing rod and started to do my tricks and after a minute or two it loosened and he started getting the line back into the rod. However when the hook resurfaced it had with it an electric cable that had been torn off. We looked at each other, both of us thinking that we had to get out of there asap. We managed to lose the cable and took off right back to the cabin and went to bed. The next day a few of us decided to go into town to get the beer essentials and while passing each side of the fjord, where we had our fishing expedition the previous night, we noticed an increased activity from the local government in the guise of electricians trying to figure out why/how/where the electric cable had been severed. Suffice to say we didn't stop and give them any pointers....

On one of the other nights out we had Lindbeck with us in the boat, he did of course fall asleep in front of the boats and we did our best to let every fish we caught pass by his face before we took them off the hook. I think he woke up the next day smelling of fish

Ah, Crap!! Now I’m stuck, thanks for the bump JP.

You should all know what SPAM is, and if not, I'll explain. It's a sealed can of cooked spiced ham that is known for lasting a very long time if unopened (But not as long as a Twinkie)

My dad is a fan of SPAM on occasion, but only on occasion so we had one can on a self. Of course it was on the edge of the self and me not being very observant knocked it off as I was reaching for something in the back. The SPAM can hit the floor, and made a *crack* and then there was a whooshing of air. I picked it up, but couldn't see where it had been opened. So I thought nothing of it and put it back on the self. That can of SPAM sat on the self for almost a year I think, sitting there, untouched, other then what I had done to it. Well needless to say my dad got in the mood for SPAM and he went for the can. Upon opening the can though, the SPAM was pure black. My dad threw it away, and as it was the only can in the house he didn't get his SPAM fix. To this day I still haven't told him what really happened to the can of SPAM. For all he knows he bought it bad/pre-opened.

Ohhh... I see the light!!

This isn't really a story of something I've done, but rather a response to Kicktopps' post of something old...

Way in the back of a food storage room of my parents basement, there's still a carton of consentrated blackcurrant lemonade ("just add water") with expiration date... some time in 1979

There were 2 of them, but my brother and I just had to open one when we found them about 6 years ago :-''

Gah....managed to miss booby trap first time round...damn you maw

About half a lifetime ago (ain't that old, so wee lad ain't working for me) I was interested in chemistry. Of course most visually interesting was that that goes bum, inflames or produces interesting smoke. Due to some clever moves I had free runs of labs in my high school (all legal and mostly came with ticket to evade classes). In my defense I must say I never missuesed those lucky circumstances or my intersted (at least not to great extend). And I always approached ma own experiments with uttermost care....for example, when doing Molottof coctailes (from large eprovetes, bencin and alcohol) I trew them from 3th floor (savefty distance) into snow (to containg glass shards, prevent noise polution and getting kicked out of school...forgot to mention 3th floor was in school). Anyway...secret. I nicked some red phosfor from chemistry lab. I figured it's a shame we never experimented with it at classes. For those that don't know, phosfor comes in two varieties, white and red. White must be kept in water since when dried it ingnates itself. Red needs outer source of heat/flame to ignate, mainly becouse it's always wet (locking water from air). So bringing it home I carefully set up experiment (goal of it seeing phofor burn). For location I choose balcony to prevent torching down house. For container I used aluminium cup (while aluminium is used in rocket fuel, industrial ain't prone to inflaming). I decided to use matchstick lowered into cup by means of long pole and some tread, since I didn't have any other means at my disposal. To futher minimize any treaths I set everything on heavy stone block with anotherone set erecked, protecting house. Now I was ready to set experiment in motion. After couple of false starts (match going out before droping into container), if finally succeded. I knew phosfor was wet and it would take some time to ignite, so you can understand my dissapointment, when after couple of minutes final whisps of smoke escaped container. Match wasn't enough, it didn't ignate phosfor. so I lifted pole to get match out, only to find it managed to burn tru rope and it's still in container. I gave it couple more minutes before retriving match. So coming to container and tilting it to reach for match, whole thing blew into my face. Don't ask me what kind of color do phosfor burn wit, since area around eyes was affected the most. I only seen whitish-blush flash. Flame was so intense that it melted bottom of container off. I can only speak of luck that I used pliers ( not being smart enough to use glasses too). With parents off at work, I washed my face with water to remove sooth particles and remains of eyebrows and patch myself from first aid kit. Calling my parents informing them that I had some accident involving gas from stowe I sat on bus to get to emergancy. There they cleaned me up, used some cream for burns and wraped me back. Since main reason for calling parents was to arrange pick up for trip back, I had to wait till they arrived. All people passing me gave me strange looks. By inspecting myself in a mirror of parked car I soon found out why. Imagen kid without eyebrows, with half of his head wraped, standing outside emergancy all by himself. Needless to say I was cured of my interest in inflameble experiments and can be more than happy thsi episode didn't leave any scars.

/me blows hole in this post to escape

What the heck, I guess I'll let one loose...When I was about 10 years old, me and a couple of other kids decided to skip school for the day..We chose an abandoned house to stay at. The two guys I was with decided to vandalize the place real bad. Of course it looked like fun, so I joined in the festivities.

Towards the afternoon we went out into the back yard. They started to throw rocks at the solar heating panels on the roof, which made a lot of noise. I suddenly felt the need to leave, and started to walk out through the alley and onto the street. The other guys didn't want to leave just yet and proceeded to finish destroying the solar panels. No sooner than I got onto the main street, I'd seen two Police cars parked along side of the road.

One of the Officers stopped me and wanted to know what I was doing. I innocently told them that I was just taking a walk. The Officer then asked me why I wasn't in school? I quickly told the Officer that it was Parent-Teacher Conference day and that school was let out half of day. The Officer believed me & then let me go on my way. The two other guys ended up getting arrested. :(

They went to Court & found out that their Parents had to pay out big time in fines. The two kids tried to give the judge my name so that I could share in their unfortunate situation..The only problem is, they couldn't remember how to spell or pronounce my last name. It was hard for them to come up with my long Dutch last name. I was fairly new to the neighborhood at the time so they had never been to my house yet.
