notum fragments and notum chips

in all the missions i have done " and its a lot " i have found that all the notum frag's and chips drop off these types of mobs

1.) " " Scouts = notum frags.

2.) " " bountyhunters = notum chips

3.) " " tech******* = either or Soul Fragments

i will be hunting more of these notum's myself to make cas for ppl

so dont rush to me with requests when i have them i will make the armour required!! and pass them on to guildies

but these pieces are not to be sold but passed onto other ppl when required with when the ppl have finished with them or outgrown them

the scouts and tech type mobs are the martial artist types that are dressed in green or black and they hit hard!!!
the bounty type mobs are usually in brown or red type armour

Good info, and great work, GB !!
As I grow in lvls, I will be able to make better and better armor, so ask me before you go spending a lot of cash having it made, GB.
I totally agree on the principle that special armor and items should be kept within the guild, to be passed on to ppl as they grow and can use the stuff.
This is why it is imperative that no such stuff be given to anyone not yet full member. It may sound harsh, but we are all familiar with the "leech" concept, and must take steps to avoid it.
