I have seen it before, and the guy is German I believe, playing Unreal Tournament 2004. He is seriously annoyed with how long it takes to load the level, and then it kind of deteriorates.

Jasp is right about guy being German and annoyed how long it takes. Interesting how he chant "think positive" in the middle of video. There isn't much to translate there really...at start he's yelling "C'mon load, #$&/$&/$&% load", when it starts loading he's extatic, at first kill he turns rasist, then he starts looking for Esc key and at the end he yells "I'm gonna kill you, I'm gonna kill you"....and when he gets killed he totally lose it. There are some high pitched squecks in there too, but I couldn't cathed what those could be.

Must say it's a fake....after playing Quake2/3 for 5 years in the UK/European leagues I have a little experience in fps games. And he is not playing an fps game. If u tried to play with an optical mouse in that fashion u'd spend more time looking at ceiling or floor than ur target.
