Yes, its official, as of this morning at 7.30am, I have officially reached the 7 month mark of quitting smoking. Yes, the man with less willpower than someone who won't has actually amazed his family and friends by not smoking for longer than a day. So I have to tell you so theres more people to admit it to if I fail (which I wont).



Now... if i could just have a cigarette


P.S. Healerkat, you were my quitting smoking mentor and for this.... I thankyou (even though you started smoking again but we'll not mention that and bury the evidence under the carpet )

It's been long and difficult. 6.5 months ago ie, at end of 1st two weeks, I almost lost my job because I lost my temper in work and threatened to kill our warehouse manager I then had my roommate incident and the clawhammer he attacked me with (as some know all about) then moved house as a result of him becoming psychologically ill.

Stressed out i was beyond belief but I'm still here... yay !!!!!!!!!!!
