Ohh yeah...
I have been to Nepal before... those aquatic leeches are really everywhere. Thankfully I didn't have them in my nose (which I figure is a rather freakish coincidence). But I once dislodged one from my upper thigh after wading through a mountain stream earlier in the day. I apparently missed that one, the one on the calves and knees you tend to see quite clearly if you are running aorund in shorts. The problem is, you really feel NOTHING. Their saliva contains an anaesthetic that completely numbs the spot they are biting on.
They are quite harmless, though the sight of that glistening, black, banded, convulsing thing wriggling on your body is rather sickening (thanks got the leech only made it to the sigh... I don't wanna imagine.. )

I know..... I live in UK and I get a very similair problem to face each and every day.
Started back as long as I can remember so there is no first case really but over the years I've gotten kinda used to despite it still frightening me at first glance. Each and every morning I open my eyes, climb out of bed and look down to slip into underwear of some kind and there it is. My god, sometimes if I'm not awake enough I get frightened but doctors have told me that having a penis so large is quite a common thing in males of my age.
I go on living with this and like I said, people get used it. One thing I've had to stop though is visiting butchers shops. Time after time do I get halted by police on exit under suspicion of robbing strings of sausages and transporting them inside the front of my trousers

me...uhh no....I DON'T wanna see it... but maybe someone needs to, to you know, verify...you're so CRAZY LOL!
and GAH that was grotesque to look at...I have this phobia of things getting in my ears at night bc of the movie...The Wrath of Kahn and the whole earwig incident...OMG!!...so now...maggots in me head ...yeh i'm totally freaked out now...
