I love the description on each piece. Sounds very cool, and not unlike the scriptures behind Temple of Three Winds....

Very strange wear requirement though.

I bet the requirement is such to enable all breeds/profs to wear it.. and I also wager it's the very best armor ingame that's not GM armor
