A word of warning to the bold and brave: The underwater slithers in NW Adonis are amazingly tough for their level range (195-205)

While some might think they hit like girlies (1300-2500'ish), I learned the hard way of their badass nukes I think at least 10k HP is necessary to tank these, even if you're a healing class. Of course, if you're an MP, it's a piece of cake....

Edit: my 'girlies' comparison was only a figure of speech... as you might know. While I myself think 2000+ is very hard for a sub-200 mob, there might be others who disagree.. hence I wrote 'some'

Sod the slithers, Auro and I got gangbanged by 1000 eremites and their parasite pimp on our way there last night ((((( We took a few with us before we heriocally bought the farm tho

I was there on my first hunt with Cerb members and boy, it was fun dying together
The first time I got lost, and got pummeled to death by floating noses and eremites. Then I got the speremap (great tip!) so I could find my way, but not without help from you guys, Bothead, Jpegg and especially the uber calms from Legrandchef.
God I can't believe the amount of XP in my pool... it's like sitting on top of a volcano that is about to burst: one day I'll ding on a grey just beause of all the recouped XP

But... somebody explain to me how the hell one gets to Ergo alone through that underwater jungle, when all the mobs go berserk the moment they spot you

Yeah it was kinda fun, even in death

The path to Ergo is a alot easier than to the slithers, as there's only a short passage with eremites and roamers - if you have the Sanctuary key. But, you will need uber speed, calmer or fight your way there if the mobs are in aggro range. Once saved in Penumbra, you won't look back

Dunno what I'm doing wrong then, but lately i can't even get to see Ergo's bloated head floating around. I keep getting owned by this ONE eremite outside ergos chamber. I'm at full defense, my evades are implanted and title capped, and i'm using all my evade perks....and it hits me like i have the evades of a level 10 crat!

Run like hell to the portal and use your ring on it should do the trick, and leaves a nice surprise for the next visitor.
