IS drop 3rd floor. All bosses on 3rd floor have dropped it. a bit rare drop though

sounds like i'll have to set another IS raid up ... gaaaah i do not like IS ... this is the only thing that drops that is worth having for an MA .. well maybe the keramic fist attack aswell .....

drops off Hezak i believe, in know a few people that have it.

Yep, definately drops off Hezak or one of his two minions. Cant say for sure which one as AIL did all 3 simultaniously due to an insane fixer pulling and said fixer not being in charge of loot that raid.
