Newsflash from DVLA

In order to assist other motorists in identifying potentially dangerous drivers, it's now compulsory for anyone with a lower than average IQ and poor driving ability to display a warning flag.

The flag (comprising of a red cross on a white background) will be attached to the top of at least one door of their vehicle.

For drivers of exceptionally low ability, additional flags are required.

I have seen a rather odd person with 3, maybe 1 blew off or fell out, not sure how they work.

Hah...

I can top that: I have seen a Mexican with a pick-up truck (these nasty huge ones from Dodge) with four window flags and a flagpole with a huuuuge Mexican falg mounted on the bed in the back...

...talking about low IQ...
