Greetings RKFF. I have some bad news. It seems that there is a major scheduling conflick with the DJ for the party on the 25th. Rather than try to rearrange without a DJ we have decided to delay the party in order to make appropriate plans. I am looking at June 8th. Can you please check your calanders and let me know if this date will work for the majority of members. Again, I am sorry for the cancelation.

Thanx for the info. I have no problems with that date myself. Lets hope the rest of my group can make it aswell.

That should be okay for me too. If it's at Saturday night GMT, then that'll be Sunday morning Aussie time, which is fine.
