Jessica Alba and the girl from Gilmore Girls.

The two girls I find the most attractive in that movie didnt show enough skin.

The intro involves singing Dolphins. (Go look at the clips on Yahoo!)

So you know the rest of the movie will be awsome

I got kung fu hustle on dvd - not watched it yet - but stephen chow does own...

And movie of the year?

Hopefully Hitchikers for me - trailed by Batman Begins (better be good or someone will die painfully!) and you since you guys are on about your girlies - we can't forget Charlie & the Chocolate Factory for the mmmm Depp factor :P Maybe even Ep3 cos it'll finally be done with. :D/

I dont dare to have any hopes for Hitchiker, really. I saw the trailer, and gotta say the actors didnt in any way do it for me. Ill give it a chance tho, but to me its so important that the actors manage to portray the feel that characters in the book gave me....the mood, the atmosphere, the personality of theirs...the trailer I saw left a lot to be desired for me. This is a personal thing of course. And this is not a racial statement at all, but Ford Prefect was not a negro in my "internal movie", not at all :) To me its like letting Arnold Schwarzenegger play Ghandi....

Im surprised noone mentions Sin City...I am really looking forward to that one :)

Yep - I've said that myself Cogs here to friends - the books were all disparate stories held together by the three main guys. If they aren't right, the film will be a bust.

I'm not too worried tho - the guy playing arther dent is superb in his TV show he's in - so fingers crossed for him & sam rockwell I imagine can pull off Zaphods self centred ego well. Ford - no idea. And he was always my favourite too... I have hope, tho!

As for films I'm looking forward to, hehe if I went thro my full list I'd be here for hours :P

P.S. the second post is about Sin City cogs.. :-''

I have to agree with Cogs here but like many books turned into movies, I'm very cautious about what I allow myself to see, especially a story such as this. I've read all Hitchiker books many times, even gave the four parts to Lianti to take back with her to Norway last time we met. I have a feeling this is one of the movies I won't be seeing as I got too much of it in my head in the ways I potrayed it upon reading. Time will tell I suppose :)

Alltho the two other movies was a tad disapointing I gotta admit that I allso look forward to seeing Episode III, seems none has mentioned it yet.

Jedis are allways fun and as we say in norwegian: "Alle gode ting er tre" (("Third times the charm" or whatever it's in that saying is in english))
