enforcer type rings

There is a realy tough quest you need to do. The ring itselv has a level requirement of 130. to get the ring you need to do a quest, I belive you need to talk to 1-2 npc's and then you need to head out and kill leg chooper jack which isn't easy. You will need a ful team to succeed.
