how do i get my pic on to my threads

When you post or reply there is a link on the left called "BBCode" -- click it and it gives instructions on all the tags you can use.

For inserting images, you use

[img]http://server.com/img.jpg[/img]

Actually you add it on your profile page

Ohhh, that picture -- heh, whoops. Yeah, go to your Profile settings.. it's at the bottom called Avatar.
