Not sure Cogs. But it certainly looks like it could be Leadpumper to the left of Slock there.

could be slock, im not there though, i use the tank armor from pande and have the alien chest

That image was released during the first couple of weeks after AI went live, so it could have been. It is definitiley Slock tho.
