Chem Mausser

I was trying to build a puny low QL Chem Mausser (because I want too :) ) - I tried the instructions on the forum and Anarchy Arcanum, but I cannot disassemble the base Mausser. I am using a QL25 Advanced Hacker Tool, and the Mausser is only QL7... Nothing happens, and I cannot figure out why - I do not get any message in the window, just nothing happens... Is there a way to figure out why it is not working?

Are you just picking up tool and right-clicking the gun? I believe you may have to "combine" the two items, by picking up tool and shift+right-clicking the gun. Try that.

:oops: Feeling pretty bright now. I did know at one point in time. I need a new head implant. That jet lag from Paris this weekend is killing me...
