The Sound of Reclaim (with appologies to Simon & Garfunkel...)

Hello reclaim, my old friend,
I've come to talk with you again,
Because a Vetran badly pathing,
Left its mark while I was laughing,
And the bullet that it planted in my brain
Oh, my remains
Within the sound of Reclaim.

In restless missions I walked alone
Narrow rooms carved in stone,
'Neath the halo of a Omni lamp,
I turned my collar to the cold and damp
When my eyes were stabbed by the flash of a Nova's light
That split the night
And touched the sound of Reclaim.

And in the reclaim's light I saw
Ten rezzing people, maybe more.
People talking without speaking,
People lagging without moving,
People venting rage that the whole team has to share
And no one dare
Disturb the sound of Reclaim.

"Fools" said I, "You have to know
Reclaim is a painful blow.
Hear my words that I might ask you,
Warp me back so I might thank you."
But my words like silent raindrops fell,
And echoed
In the halls of Reclaim

And the people bowed and prayed
To the Controller that they made.
And the chat flashed out its warning,
In the words that it was forming.
And the chat said, "The towers of your guild
are already under attack
And I am back..."
And listening to the sounds of Reclaim.
