It happened twice. I am on BS my computer crashes. I come back as banned. I reported 1st one to a GM. He/She said... nothing I can do about it. Cant reset loyality points. and cant give you any lost VP. I will report bug. Happened again today and Banned again. collecting trash is not a hard quest. But is there some place I can tell FC my problem and at least get an anwer as to how long til bug is fixed? Should I give up? I will go check but hope the Quest is not added on too as I did it once already. Any use to keep petitioning? Thanks
