Birthday items (consolation prize due to rollback?)

There are some fun items available from the "Party Planner" NPC (Old Athen hill / Borealis) and "Chip Daler" (Borealis, near whompah).

Party Planner gives a free wrapped gift which opens into four items -- painting and some experience buffs: Experience Construct and Advanced Experience Constuct (stack of 5 each). She also sells from clothing and items cheaply.

Chip gives clothing, butterfly/angel wings, and some items. But a couple of those do require he be given either Beer Jug or Atrox Wonder Pie. At the time I went there were some players giving the jug and pie out for free. To get the angel wings from him, ask about his wings and say you don't like them.

That was all available before rollback, so just regular birthday stuff, nothing to do with rollback.

I'd rather have them say it in cash. You know, a sliding scale that pays depending on how many patches and upgrades we've had to endure. angel wings look ok, I guess... but it's still just a bunch of stupid social crap....
