Exterminator Unit Armour

Just wondering if anyone has any of this lovely stuff lying around at Q150+ and not using it at all....

If not, has anyone any tips on where to farm this type of armour?

I'll check when I log on, but these pieces usually drop from sided mobs, more often the named/ranked ones.
