Well its either the +61 or the +66. Either way, I have both but you're gonna need to hang on til I pop Sampsa cos I got my +66 one in now. I'll check when I get home which one it is

Actually the brain symbiant is this one, +71. Give me a holler if that's the one you'll no longer need, otherwise I'll continue farming patterns for it
