All I know is what this site tells you, and that the tradeskill requirement to upgrade it to QL 200 is pretty stiff for a non-tradeskiller. Let me know if you need the +125 buff

I have an Accel. NCU somwhere I think, look me up.

I think the toolset should be easy to get if a few ppl set out to kill Legchopper clones.

have all the parts i need now. exept for NCU. your buff will come in handy Bot

i must ask if its possible to borrow a QL 200 control head for a little while. can trade a 101 exter in return. anyhow it wont be for long
