If your looking for the type-4 upgrade, then you will find that half the guild needs one aswell. That one adds to burst iirc, and all fixers, adventures and most pistol wielding profesions want one.

What I need:

215ish Kyr'Och pistol + BIO 4 for the upgrade.
165ish BIO 1 upgrade for a 168 Pistol.

I've been trying to buy the guns for a while but no luck.
