But I've noticed there's some "automatic" methods of doing the same thing... but no idea how that works.

the thing is to be able to post a list with nanos you have to own the nano to start with (or any other items you wanne make a list of)
then when you are ingame you just do like this

/tell helpbot <drop the item down here>

then repeat this step with all the stuffs you wanne have on your list.
then you go to
http://kuren.org/ao/items/ and type in you Char name ...
voila now you have your list ready to post in any forum =)
