New section on forum

Flameforge has set up a separate WOW forum section for us. Find the section at the bottom of the main forum index page.

Just a clarification of who has access:

-- It's not a public section.

-- Members of the Sanctuary group will be able to access the section.

-- Members of the new WoW group will have access also, but only to that section (and the public sections).

I saw it as being a section specifically for Cerberus-WoW chat, so any general WoW conversations can still happen in Alternate Worlds. If that needs changing though, just let me know.
