Heh... this project died a few months ago and then some other company bought the semi finished engine and graphics. I think there was a teaser shown at last years E3, looked promissing.

The warhammer universe has so much potential, a massive global fan base, and a lot of Fluff ( novels, table top games, video games)

this could be one of the best mmog's out there, as long as they dont mess it up. i grew up on painting the minitures and table top battles.

As byrug said, they startet working on the game about a year and a half ago, but pulled the plug from lack of funding and support. It looked vert promising back then, hope they didnt cut to many shortcuts here to get done fast and we end up with the feeling of yet another halffinnished game on release.

They should have made Epic Online

That would have been by far the best, but possibly the hardest to do in terms of numbers.

Let's hope the game doesn't end up kiddified/babyfied/dumbed down like the tabletop versions were :roll:

Currently in development is Imperator, a sci-fi MMORPG in an alternate universe were the Roman Republic never fell. It is scheduled for realease in 2006

More MMOs??...... Too many!

I remember years ago playing some board games after school. One was Hero's Quest I think and the other was something like Warhammer... had Space Marines and Genestealers (??) and big power glove things!

that tabletop game has called space hulk,

it was a spin off of warhammer 40k

was a fun game,
