Sounds like they're doing a lot of work to get multi-player working well. Never tried it but it would be pretty cool to get your (real) homies together for co-op missions.

I a buddy of mine has the PC version of Vice City, I tried this out..its actually pretty fun.

Little Tidbit- I was watching an interview with the guy that heads up the MTA team on G4 (google it). On it, he said his team was messing around with the code of GTA3 and VC one day when they actually discovered some incomplete multiplay code within GTA itself. So these guys are just finishing that code (Kinda like that whole Hot Coffee thing)
