aye...gotta try it...gotta have it. With the promised multiplayer/online function, it can be fun to play against others aswell. Just a bit curious on how it is going to work. A dynamic world that keeps running when you log off, or a more "connect to some server and play for a few hours" kind of thing...like with BF2 or other games of that sort. Would also hope there still will be a decent AI for solo playing too.

Best get starting to save up some money for a new puter I think...Spore...Hellgate London...Hmm...MONEH!!!

Spore isnt online.

Lemmi try and explain:

Every piece of data that you create (Data on your worlds, Creatures you created, trees you collected, UFO's youve created, etc) Is constantly uploaded to Maxis's internal servers. This data is then sorted and send out to every other person who owns Spore (and has a net connection).

You cant communicate with each oter. But say that I design my very own race of Leets. That leet creature will be uploaded o the servers and then sent out to other players...so you could end up finding the exact same species of Leet on a planet on the other side of the galaxy.

Ahh..that makes sence. So it is in fact a solo game then. Did you mean to say that I can run into playermade critters on a planet I have yet to explore after a session has startet?
