Photoshop 5.5 is my main (and essential) tool. If I can convince my boss, I should be soon on Photoshop 7 -- yay -- which will be awesome as that version supposedly has good natural brushes.

I also use Poser 4 for help with model positions and lighting.

My Wacom came with Painter, but unfortunately it's a really cut-down version otherwise I would play with that more.

deviantART is a cool site. It stuns me how much talent is on there.
