Access to the dungeon is easiest from Penumbra -> Inferno Ergo portal. Entrance to the dungeon is just NE of portal.
Once inside, the Dungeon is full of the usual inferno mobs including some Heckler type mobs. It is better just to blitz through up into the boss room.
Green blob is the start of the floor, Purple shows the room where the button is.

I didn't get any snaps of the Boss, "Arachnis". He basically looks like a Notum Scourge and has 2 other easy mobs beside him. The Boss room is exactly the same as a SL mission boss room, simply get team upstairs and pull adds and boss up the stairs. He is pretty tough and hits for around 2.5 - 3.5k per hit. We did him a lot of times with ease, Myself (213 Doc) and JackJonez (219 Keeper).
Arachnis will drop a random +10 ring (see types below). We killed him 10 times and he dropped a ring each time, except once. He also drops 3 or 4 Arul Saba Gems. If he doesn't drop the Ring you require, simply log out for 20 mins+ and the dungeon resets (assuming no one else is inside). Best place to Log out is Upstairs above the boss as the boss and the adds can spawn close to the Button.
