Mortig Beaters

These come in various types but does anyone know how to get hold of them? Are they mission loot, found in dungeons or off bosses or what? I would like to know something about them, even though it will be a while before I can use them.

Thanks very much. Is that in any particular playfield or just all over Shadowlands?
