Pre-order is not yet officially open. At least not through FC proper. The online distributers FC is working together with have it listed for pre-order (due date 1 Sep 2004) already, though not a single one mentions a pre-order bonus (i.e. Leets).

I wouldn't order just yet, maybe ask on the forums, wether the pre-order option offered at EBGames and Gamestop is supported by FC.

from IRC:

[10:16] <sun> oh... be aware if you pre-order AI
[10:17] <sun> quote: "Unless the pre-order information specifically says it includes the pet leet offer, it doesn't. No offers currently do, thus any pre-orders made now will not include the pet leets."

Again, its fun to work for a store that preorders them. I just change then info when ever I want. So dont piss me off should you preorder a game in the tiny, hardly known EB i work for, Ill change it to some random Barbie game for the Xbox...or worse..an N-Gage QD!

A little insider info that knowones seems to care about. If you preorder somethin and then they offer a preorder a special for it, its normally just updated to your order. Id still email or give em a call.

Ya goit like...what? 3 days until the thing is officially open
