Remove "Apply" on frontpage?

Maybe we should remove the "Apply" on the front page? http://cerberus.kauler.com/
What i know it is not used anymore, and some of the people i have done a interview with have got confused about that function.
Maybe there should instead be a list with ingame names, of who have the different ranks and which one people can contact ingame for a interview?
