In fact it was the other way around...He entered our meeting location being lvl200, then we inserted the "advisor v1.20 chip" into his skull. Unlike Cogs ol "president v1.05 chip". But that chip is an upgrade from the "advisor v1.15 chip" the rest uf us got.
