Hey guys... just to let my very good friends in Cerberus know that I have cancelled both my AO accounts and will not be reactivating them for about 3 months (which will be stop my chars getting wiped from the servers!)

Gonna take a break, I will see some people in WoW occassionally but gonna do some real life stuffz as well. Take care everyone and good luck to you all. I will of course keep up to date on the forums

From what I gather your chars dont get wiped out after 3 month... Bigswede made hes return long after that time and apperantly found hes old chars just where he left them. Dont know if that was plain luck or not... but when you have seen that the grass aint greener on the other side hopefully you will spread your wings over rk once again.

But along the lines of 3 months. Activate the account, dont risk the loss. It's only poor administration and staff laziness which will save your characters from deletion if you leave it longer than the stated 3 months

Some have been lucky, some, however are not

We've both taken breaks before (about 5 months off when SL was launched - we enjoyed it that much ) so I'm sure he'll be back soon.

I'm not cancelling, but I am reducing in-game time - will be on AORC tho so shout on tells if you need me to actually log on. I'll always try & be avilable if a wussy crat can help at all.
