FRN Farming

Does anyone have any secret spots for farming FRN's ?
I need 2 for my shoulders so need to start thinking about the bet place to find them.

Elysium, named dryads. ( If they havent nerfed the droprate on them. )

My favourite place is and always will be The Cathedral in Adonis (underwater). Timing is critical however and before noon GMT on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, this place is virtually empty and free from camping. It has always been an advantage being agent for me though cos I can handle 1-3 others who might be camping along with me.

I never farm FRN though. You have to bear in mind that the patterns dropped from Dryads have very key symbiant drops which can rake in a good amount of cash. Never go to any Dryad spot with the idea that you'll find an FRN (Apart from Ely where you'll find that one special attack can drop the dryad before your camping opponent does). Only go there for pattern pieces, sell off the expensive symbiants and use the cash to buy your FRN.

tried ely and pen dryads.

ely are camped non stop by FRN farmers. managed to kill about 5 here - no drop. killed about 15 in pen - were not camped - and got none drop.

bought one for 16 (may have been 18)m creds - a lot easier and stress free than competing for lev 125 mob kills.

Yep, thats why I say dont go there with the hope you'll find one.

Ive spent 5 hours killing over and over with no drop, other days, Ive dropped an FRN on first kill. I go to farm patterns cos its mine and Lias business. It's sod's law you see, you go for FRN and end up wearing a straight jacket in a padded cell because you dont get one and you get paranoid thinking 'omg... that friggin 220 sol prolly got the FRN on that dryad he just killed.... I feel like asking him but hes Omni and I dont want him to feel smug about ODing me'

So go for pattern pieces and come back with all the FRN's you ever dreamed of is what I say

It's funny, I never got FRN from Adonis. In Ely, well can get on first drop or none in 2h (time I'm willing to camp). But they usually drop in pairs in Ely...long time no drop and then 2 in quick succession.

Well back in the day, it was Bothead who showed me Adonis and I managed an FRN that night, sold it for 50 mill at the time and along with other cash, was able to buy Clericons Shades and his Blackshirt That one night sorta helped my money situation change forever. Cheers Bot )

I was trying to get my FRNs from Pen dryads and have spent far far too long camping to only yield one FRN so far.

Jp's idea is probably the way to go.
