Yesterday I discovere that my new workplace will give my boss a direct LOS view to my screens... so no more forum trolling and AO during work hours

Well, AO is out of the question but you could try to assume more responsibility into things about your industry you don’t really know much about. Things which are outside your job. You could use these forums to ask any necessary questions about such things to aid you in your work.

So we can all assume the role of your personal advisors with regards to subjects outside your current job.

So each time you post, you could end it with a valid question relating to your workplace.
