And OMG, my son has eaten all of his dinner without me having to blackmail him with cakes, tell him if he eats his crusts, his hair will be like his grandad's or threaten him with 'ok, thats it, daddy's fallen out with you now'

What have I done to deserve this stress free evening ?

OK... edit..... he's eaten it and now doesnt want the cake Ive bought him cos he's full.... where is the justice in this world ??? :((((( Kids, who'd have them?

I know what you mean JP, one of mine just started to actually eat dinner. Sad thing is that the younger one just stopped.... I tried everything, Being mad at them, trying to joke them into eating, bribes like Icecream, toys, candy, cakes etc.. I've come to learn that there is nothing you can do. They will eventually start eating when they get hungry. My eldest son only wanted pancakes for lunch and dinner for almost 2 years. I asked the doctor about his food 'problem' and the doc just laughed at me and told me to start making loads of pancakes....

Oh, and isn't it funny how they want milk for dinner and as you pour the glass with it they say "No, I want Juice!!!". So you drink the milk yourself, clean the glass and pour some juice in it, and they go Milk, Milk, Milk!!!

*sigh*
