Yup... sure is.... dotted about means as in placed everywhere. Same as if you had a pen and put random dots on a piece of paper. Those dots would undoubtedly be my NCU and the paper, strangely enough would be a mixture of my alts' banks and their inventories. Now if you were to try to single out a 139 dot on that paper, you could probably imagine that would be difficult but oh nooooo, not for SuperJp. Those Q's stand out a mile away even on the whitest paper with the lightest dots, dotted about on it.
